Coaching Packages

Coaching projects are tailored to individual needs. Typically we explore values and hoped for outcomes in the initial coaching consultation. During the coaching period, we meet in person or online to carefully define the goals, determine the steps needed to reach those goals, whether they are work, lifestyle related or both. Often by better managing the time dedicated to our work lives, we can reset the work-life balance in order to make space for personal or family transformation. Typical packages last from six weeks to six months with weekly meetings of one hour.
